How to use

- Enter your hip circumference (at the widest point).

Formula
WHR = Waist circumference ÷ Hip circumference
Both measurements must be in the same unit.

Worked example
Female with 30 inch waist and 38 inch hips:
WHR = 30 ÷ 38 ≈ 0.79 → Low risk (below 0.80 threshold for females)
