The formula
regularHours = min(hoursPerWeek, overtimeThreshold)
overtimeHours = max(0, hoursPerWeek − overtimeThreshold)
regularPayPerWeek = regularHours × hourlyRate
overtimePayPerWeek = overtimeHours × hourlyRate × overtimeMultiplier
weeklyPay = regularPayPerWeek + overtimePayPerWeek
annualPay = weeklyPay × weeksPerYear
biweeklyPay = weeklyPay × 2
semiMonthlyPay = annualPay / 24
monthlyPay = annualPay / 12
